New type of brick veneer is manufactured by using high quality of clay raw material.
Sophisticated and Modern hi-tech manufacturing processes,
1. By using high quality of clay raw materials,aggregated mixtures, such as, quartz and refined stone. Initial preparation, mixing, stablization and other many complicated processes required 56 hrs including water-regulating, serveral shady-drying steps and hi-temp drying.
2. Formation of brick is processed thru vacuum extrusion molding, then, natural drying at room temp, followed by first hightemp drying, recovery period at room temp and then go to second high temp drying, total will take 56 hrs.
3. Processing thru Kiln Burning Tunnel at superior hightemp for 36 hrs before recovering at room temp.
4. Splitting process of brick into required sizes by machinery facilities.
5. Total production cycle time is 158 hrs.
Special Characteristics of New-Type Brick Veneer
a). At the back, it has unique dovetail groove providing superior adhesion with the wall while installing.
b). Spalling resistance of the brick is far superior than those general decorative bricks in the market.
c). Unique anti-wear, resistant to acids, corrosion protection, antifreeze etc.
